Amazon Quick Adds Brand Templates for AI-Generated Presentations and Documents

Amazon Quick now lets organizations extract and manage visual identity rules from PowerPoint and Word templates.

Article ID: TC-0088 Published:

AWS announced brand templates for Amazon Quick on October 9, 2026, aiming to keep AI-generated presentations and documents consistent with an organization's visual identity.

Brand managers can upload PowerPoint or Word templates or retrieve them from connected storage such as SharePoint. Quick extracts colors, fonts, logos, layouts and related rules.

Administrators review and edit the extracted rules before publishing a template for organization-wide use. Human approval remains part of the process.

During document generation, Quick selects a suitable template based on administrator guidance. When a request conflicts with a rule, the system can explain the conflict and propose an alternative. Users may choose another template.

Brand guidelines govern visual consistency across departments. Applying them during AI generation can reduce the effort of correcting individual documents after creation.

Custom permissions determine who can create and publish templates. Design, marketing and communications teams should establish clear ownership.

Visual consistency does not guarantee factual accuracy or accessible design. Figures, text, copyright and confidential content still require review.

Organizations can pilot the feature with representative documents and define how exceptions and guideline updates are handled over time.
